Well where to begin, came on this cruise as I have been on Royal Caribbean cruise ships before, this ship is absolute garbage, the fact this ship is still in service shows me that this ship’s best days are long gone and the company heads are using it as a quick cash grab.

Upper Management have an air of scammery going on from freezing multiple people’s accounts twice a day to overcharging for the stupidest things, an example is misleading advertising with the deluxe drinks package, they say it’s $1000 for 1 and $700 for the second, what they don’t tell you is that it’s American dollars meaning that’s it’s not $1700 total but actually $2500+ total because they never specify if it’s in AUD or USD which smells to me like a dirty marketing tactic.

They advertise the room as having a double bed but in reality it’s a double bed frame but with two single mattresses pushed together with a giant gap in the middle so I didn’t sleep the first 2 nights, lucky another passenger told me about the mattress toppers because management didn’t care enough to put one there in the first place. The cabins are outdated and the curtains in our stateroom smelt musty.
