Dirt, dust and hair on floor after multiple cleans, still the same as when we first joined the boat
Most food looks and taste like it was prepared in the day and then served on the evening and has all dried out and very small portions with poor quality taste. Sometimes waiting up to 40 minutes after starters for the main course
Ship is dirty and needs a deep clean
Filthy dirty Floor, even though we have asked four times for it to be cleaned

This was meant to be fried avocado. You could’ve put everything on the plate onto one fork and eaten it in one go at how small the portion sizes are. Took nearly half an hour for it to arrive.

Cruised Caribbean, December 2023. Multigenerational family visit with five cabins booked. Boat is very dirty and not well maintained. Food is very poor quality and hit or miss. Very poor vegetarian options with dried up salads or vegetables that have been overcooked and left out on the side for hours and then thrown on the plate. New Year’s Eve, for a vegetarian Daughter was a plate of salad or a vegetable curry tart. Size of portions means you often have to have two or three starters and a couple of mains just to feel like you’ve eaten a normal meal. You can’t book restaurants - all you can do is go onto the app at 6:30 exactly and join a virtual queueing system which then doesn’t make any audible noises when your table is ready. So you have just stare at the phone sometimes for up to an hour to keep checking the screen to see if your table is ready as they only keep it for 15 minutes and then you go to the back of the queue. Had our room cleaned four times and still had other peoples hair all over the balcony and room with dirty skidmarks on the walls and months worth of fluff on various items in the bedroom. Entertainment is very poor very poor quality and very repetitive with the same things happening with the same people, and they try and get their entertainment staff to be jack of all trades and master of none. Dancers need to also try and be singers and actors as well as circus skills and simply do not have the skills to do everything they ask which means that the quality of the shows is often very poor. Self-service restaurants are a bunfight with people pushing and shoving and not enough staff at the bars to even buy yourself an overpriced drink. Our Near 12-year-old child has attempted to go to kids club a number of times, but they keep putting her with the young ones babies and all they do is make bead bracelets or equally boring activities which she’s not interested in and she’s not allowed to go in or her own, or to play table, tennis or pool tables, Because that only starts from the age of 13 . We booked multiple shore excursions with the boat and kept on having detours and delays whilst the bus drivers try and take you to their friends shops or restaurants, so they get commission rather than going to the booked itinerary. All the shore excursions are double or triple, the price of what you could book them for if you walked off the boat and spoke to the local taxis . Nobody on the boat wants to take ownership of any problems and you often have a queue off around 30+ people at reception trying to sort things out with three members of staff who really can’t be bothered to help anybody do anything and certainly won’t Try their best to help. That’s probably the reason there is 14 CCTV cameras overlooking the reception desk alone, and often a member of security as people are so annoyed. The only way we could describe the whole boat is Butlins on the sea and full of people drinking as much as they can to trying to use their drinks package that they have bought - not enough sun lounges or chairs outside with people getting up at 6 am and throwing towels over everything to try and reserve it and then not sitting on it for most of the day and again staff not interested . Not enough lifts so often waiting for a long time and when a lift does turn up it’s jampacked full of people face-to-face. Everything is an upsell. 5000 people on the boat and 1700 staff really is too many and it just doesn’t work and it’s actually very poorly designed for such a modern Boat . No decent swimming pool and nowhere for kids to play outside without annoying the adults. Staff don’t monitor dress coats with people walking around with their shirts off or in flip-flops and shorts even at dinner. Overall very poor quality and would not repeat the experience and most of the people we spoke to felt the same way and couldn’t wait to get off. It really is the poor budget end of cruising and no ownership taken once they have your money and you are on board. One Plane got delayed for people exiting on our week two, and we missed a whole day on a different island as they had 200 people to put up between the hours of 8 pm and midnight was the wasted for the plane that was late. So instead of putting them into the lobby of a local hotel, they just delayed the whole ship moving that evening and 5000 people missed their next destination that they had paid for with no apology, and no recompense. This also meant that the new people joining the boat could not get into their cabins as the previous people were still in them until late at night. Captain making Daily announcements and on one of them not even understanding what island we had just left and getting the names wrong. Avoid this boat at all costs is our advice like many other have said . We wished we read the reviews before booking !
