We elected to purchase this cruise because of the price, and the itinerary (many ports we had not been to before.) We have been on six prior Celebrity cruises and even on this ship. Our overall experience was disappointing. First and foremost, the food in the main dinning room was sub par. The steaks were as thin as a pancake and no matter how discribed on the menu they were the same steak. But most important, the just tasted awful. Shrimp cocktails were under sized, I could go on and on. That aside, the specialty restaurants were very good, but of course there was an up-charge. BTW room service also had an extra charge. In Chili the port arrangement was a disaster, we had to take a shuttle to the port gate on a shuttle bus they provided, but the wait was over an hour and a half. We had a veranda room only to find that on several occasions they would wash the deck down leaving an inch of water making the veranda unusable ( had to call and ask them mop off the excess water).
