We froze in san francisco till after midnight, told there were sandwiches at hyett, not true. Ship didn't leave until 2am on the 13th so we miss a whole day. No farewell party. Princess, $25.00 will not save your reputation. 2 days later, found fridge wasn't working and my husband's meds went bad, they couldn't find anything to replace it in any mexico ports. Our last port and the rest of our trip he was sick. The food was asian, it should have been mexican food. At least food we could pronouns. Over cooked or under cooked. Some good service some bad. We pre-paid our gratuity, and the specialty restaurants were (charging 18% gratuities each). We were trying to have a good time, but every time we turned around it was something else. What can compensate for all the yuk? It was such an awful vacation they should give us all our money back to try it again and maybe have a better trip. It would definitely help me feel better about cruising princess ships. it's all about what princess does about everything to save their reputation.
