MSC Magnifica. Terrible experience, dirty carpets, clogged bathrooms twice a day, tiny rooms ( beware when booking balconies), they are smaller than the inmate cells, We had a balcony room 11.62 Sq. m, (125 Sq. ft), no sofa, as you can usually see in all balcony rooms, terrible service, terrible food that looks like vomit. Removed even a bottle of beer from your luggage and made you look like a crime element. Would not go again for even for free! I would advise to stay sway from MSC cruise line at all, because you have to know, that you are cruising with a container shipping company, not a cruise company, they have no idea how to treat guests. It is really like cruising with Maersk! Deceptive lies starts at the time of booking: "Kids Sail Free". Famous MSC's false advertising. All cruise companies collect only taxes and port charges for kids, but MSC charges you for every child, no matter if that particular cruise was announced "Kids Sail Free". Back to the ship: small pool, no pool area for kids, shows were surprisingly not bad. We complained about cleanliness, bathroom, linens, etc. The crew members agreed with me with everything, but the only one answer for my complaints from the ship crew was: "You've got what you paid for", "The ship itself is a garbage, what do you want from us?" Yes, The ship is old and dirty. But the service? The attitude of MSC employees? Awful. Be ready to eat only low-quality junk food at the buffet. The same poor menu every day. Pasta, pasta salad, pizza. Of course, no seafood, no fish, not even Salmon during all cruise! Very small salad bar. No vegetables. We've seen apples a couple of times, no oranges, no fruits. At dinner you are not allowed to order the second plate if you liked it. You have to pay for it. Many items in your dinner menu you have to buy! Never seen that before! The ship MSC Magnifica is a magnificent crap. Beware! Think twice! Once again: I would not go on Magnifica again even for free.

Cabin Review

Tiny room ( beware when booking balconies), they are smaller than on other ships balcony staterooms., We had a balcony room 11.62 Sq. m, (125 Sq. ft), no sofa, as you can usually see in all balcony rooms. Chair instead, because there is no room for even a small sofa.
