We decided to cruise to Florida from Nova Scotia this year instead of flying. We flew to Bergen, Norway and cruised on the Viking Venus to Barcelona, Spain. After 5 days in Barcelona we boarded the Celebrity Reflection to Fort Lauderdale. We had a bad experience on the Reflection a few years ago, so i was reluctant to go on it again.

This time was different. The ship was immaculate, the food was great. Unlike the previous time the crew was happy and helpful. The shows and other programs were excellent.

On the previous cruise there was usually a long line up at Guest Relations for people with problems. This time we had to go to Guest Relations a few times because we lost out ship's cards a few times. We were seen almost immediately and the cards were literally replaced in seconds.

Cabin Review

Nice cabin with a balcony at the point the ship widens, so the balcony was fairly large, Port side. Because we sere on the south side of the ship it was comfortably warm most of the time. At one point when we were still quite far out to sea, a small bird landed on it and stayed awhile.

Cabin was very clean and the cabin stewards took good care of us.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

Excellent port to visit, but very crowded
