This was our ninth cruise with Oceania. We started on Riviera and were totally thrilled. Coming over from Cunard Queens Grill as the Oceania way of doing things suited us better. That first cruise was a 10/10 for us, and we’ve been committed ever since.

The small changes that have been made are never to enhance the passenger experience. The food has slipped. Not always, but not as refined, not as special. We had our first inedible meal on this last trip. The service isn’t as warm as in the past. Maybe the staff are doing longer hours, or training isn’t what it was.

The top drinks package was incredible, but the top shelf bottles have disappeared, and the price has gone up.

Generally good with a nice bathroom. Wardrobe poor and balcony needing cleaning and painting.
