Viking knows how to treat their guests! Every single person that worked on the ship was so nice and very helpful. And the food was fabulous in both restaurants and the World Cafe! The World Cafe should be renamed to reflect the quality of the staff and food - far superior than what you think a “cafe” is. This cruise was by far the best one we’ve ever been on. Superior to all others. We’ve already booked another! Also by booking while on your cruise you get extra discounts. This was a scientific expedition cruise and we really enjoyed all the documentaries that we were able to watch and all the talks from the scientists. The entertainment that we enjoyed the most was the duo of Zee and Dee - very relaxing and excellent music played with the violin and guitar. We thought not having the usual entertainment on board other ships would make this cruise boring at night but it was anything but. We met some new friends that will now be lifelong friends.

Cabin Review

Nordic Penthouse (with Balcony)

We had a Nordic Penthouse and would highly recommend this room - more storage than we needed. And having a mini bar replenished every day was very nice.
