Love doing transatlantic cruises and have cruised with RCL, Disney, Norwegian and Princess transatlantics- this was by far the worst cruise in my 20+ yrs of cruising. This ship is setup totally wrong and the way in which Norwegian has utilized the small areas is lacking in customer comfort- I have never had to work harder at everything including the buffet. The seat hunt in the buffet is ridiculous- out of 11 mornings- 11 freezing cold breakfasts. Everything is a seat save and people will fight you to the death to protect their pool or venue seat after saving it for hours.

Absolutely the worst organization for our first port after 5 days at sea. St Thomas @ 6:30 in the morning when Norwegian knew there would be minimal Immigration officers due to the fact they had a total of 3 ships docking here the same morning. It was the most disgusting treatment of passengers I have ever witnessed 3 hours lined up around the pool deck to get off the ship. For starters our itinerary planned for us to arrive 6:30am and leave at 2:30pm making ALL ABOARD at 1:30. Thgis quickly went out the window when they didn't start calling untill 7am. Our deck was called at 7:40 and we disembarked at 10am, this apparentl;y went on until after 12pm. Norwegian decided that it was OK to snatch back 3 or more hours in ablazing hot lineup for immigration in the Observation lounge . It was incredible- 4 officers for 2500 people- why not do it in the theatre like most cruiselines have decided is optimal. Alot of people just decided to stay on the ship as an hour and a half to walk St. Thomas wasn't worth the 3 hr immigration wait.

Everything is set up for a wait on this ship- the main dining room. The buffet times are the shortest in the industry- No 24 hr food at all except $$ room service- you pay for everything including DARTS. You line up to book entertainment which was really bad. The specialty restaurants are way overpriced at around $65 bucks a head-

Cabin Review

Cabin was great- but TV lacked totally. Big Bathrooms and Balconies.
