We set-out on an much anticipated cruise for our anniversary. Onboarding in Honolulu Hawaii after an early arrival to see Pear Harbor. It was thought provoking, sad and certainly worth the history lesson. Off we go to Maui, thankfully this island was still on the itinerary and we were able to see the beauty of Maui above water and below. Our excursion via catamaran to Molokini Crater and Turtle Snorkel(booked in advance through NCL) didn't disappoint! The water was beautiful and being surrounded by beautiful tropical fish it seemed you were in a ginormous aquarium! Off we go to Kauai! We had booked the cruise the Waialua River and Fern Grotto in advance. It was really fun, Hula lessons and a beautiful waterfall again, amazing! That night we used one of our 3 FREE SPECIALTY Dinner reservations at Le Bistro. Delish ( the escargot was great!)! It's hard to believe that we were on a ship in the middle of the ocean! Next stop .. Hilo. We were pretty tired from the earlier days so we chose to walk around in the town. We actually found a great CHOCOLATE and Coffee shop along the way and picked up a couple of souvenirs.

Now .. off for 4 days at sea .. It was great! The pool and the service around the adult pool was great. It was much quieter, which we loved. We also had diner at Taste and Cagney's (which was our favorite!) the steak was fantastic and the dessert .. yummy. In addition I had a wonderful Thai massage which was incredible and the next day a facial I was relaxed and ready for the French Polynesian Islands!!!

Raiatea was our favorite island by far. It was our anniversary and we made the most of it! We booked a Vanilla Farm Tour & Motu Picnic. We learned so much about vanilla .. do you know that they have to hand pollinate every single bean? In addition we booked the Sunset Cruise .. certainly the most romantic anniversary ever!! We also learned that BORA BORA was right across the water .. we had no idea it was that close.

Cabin Review

The cabin was great and the balcony was a great diversion with the 4 days at sea.
