We chose this cruise for the itinerary and price-we've never cruised on NCL until now. Our cabin is extremely noisy and uncomfortable!! Guest services offered us a smaller room after someone came and heard/experienced the noise in our cabin. We decided to take a ton of sleep medicine each night instead of moving rooms (the smaller room only sleeps 2 and we are a family of 3, so it would've been uncomfortable either way).

We encountered a lot of rude staff. The staff in the gift shop was very unfriendly, day after day. The staff in the spa was also not up to par-and we were over charged-but we weren't up to making a big deal over it. We tried our best to go with the flow and enjoy ourselves as much as we could. The staff in both of the main dining rooms was wonderful-this was the highlight for us, along with the itinerary. My son really enjoyed splash academy, but be aware that it's only open a few hours each day.

Overall, we wouldn't book on this ship again. We are used to much better service and accommodations-the cabin noise and banging/vibrations were a huge problem, along with a lot of staff having a bad attitude, but we made the best of it. The staff in the main dining rooms were all wonderful.

Cabin Review

Awful cabin noise, lots of banging vibrations, noise from what sounds like a nightclub even though it's above the casino.
