Do not listen to the bad internet troll reviews. We had a great cruise on this beautiful sparkling ship. We chose this cruise for the fact that it left from Port Canaveral. My 90 yr old Mom lives about 1 hr from Port. We drove right in to the port early and dropped bags. Went to park the car which was right across the street from the ship. Best parking ever! Parking was $$$($145/ 8 days). So if you want cheaper parking park away from the port and bus in. Hotels near the airport will bus you out too. Walked across and boarded! So very convienient.

Disembarking was a mess if you are disembarking early with your luggage. Be prepared to wait in a long line. This was the only terrible thing during this cruise. Everyone wanted off early with their luggage. Line was 1hr of standing with luggage and waiting. But finally got off and walked right to the car. No traffic at all leaving the Port.

Shows were amazing. Such talented performers! Take ear plugs if you have sensitive hearing as music on ship is loud.

Cabin Review

Balcony Aurea

Yes, the shower is small so if you are big, over 220 lbs check on getting an ADA cabin. It does have a hand held head so you can reach all parts. Or shower at the pool showers, they are big. Balcony was great! If you can afford it get one. Sat out on it several times a day. Room attendant Wayon was amazing and so friendly. We always had a clean room and fresh towels. He even got us a box of tissues as they are not included non yacht club cabins ( and 90 yr olds need their tissues!).

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

Did a glass bottom boat tour which was a total snorkeling tour. Plan to get wet even if you are not planning on snorkeling! Had a blast saw sea turtles, fish and stingray.

Cozumel

We did the Best of Cozumel tour. Great for older aged adults. Enjoyed the bee sanctuary the most!

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

Beautiful island. It's crazy how they created this paradise out of a mining sand pile. The MSC Foundation is doing incredible work restoring the coral reefs. We snrkled and saw so many fish. My cousins came face to face with a huge stingray on the ocean side beach. The best experience!!!
