Just completed 20 days on the sun from Seattle to Fl. First off we had a penthouse i bedroom rear facing suite on the 10th floor that had a very large deck with two chairs and two loungers with thick and comfortable pads. The room was ok - the shower wad small to fit the 6 foot tub. The living room needed an extra chair and bigger table for eating on but we just bough in a deck chair. The bed was crap but we added extra pads and used the comforter too for padding and it manageable. Had to get out of one side because of the cabinet was close but it was manageable. Lots of storage through out the suite. The room steward was the best we had he would get us different pillows, move the furniture as we wanted, keep the place sparking clean and was always smiling an friendly. The Butler was so so. we did noe use his services except for a couple meals and to have the ice bucket filled each day. He gave some song and dance about having water and beer delivered into the room but got that taken care off when we ask the consigner about it - Speaking of consigner Suemed was the best we ever had. At least twice a day he would check on us either at the private breakfast /lunch dining we had in Cagneys, stop by the room or on the phone. He let me use his apple watch charger to charge my watch. Any thing we wanted he got or made it happen. Escorted us out for priority seating, disembarkation for tours, changed dinner times, got water delivered, got the room issue fixed when we needed like a hard closing door etc. We have delicious goodies each day from chocolate strawberries, fruit, deserts, each day in our room. Tours were typical ones from long bus relies, walking tours, boat tours etc so nothing real special there except for the priority embarkation which allowed us to get from seats. The boat is the smallest in the fleet with about 1900 guests but the crew size of 900 plus was the same as others we have been on with 3000 or more so the service was outstanding. All you had to do was ask and we would get anything we wanted which included food not on the daily meals plan to a special liquor or wine. The entertainment is limited and was amateurish at best but we knew that based on the size of the ship. The ship was clean but showed a bit of wear like all of us. I would say do your homework, read carefully the descriptions, determine what you want, what cant live with and dont care about any cruise. But if you like small crowds, great service, dont really care about the entrainment, want space to spread out then this ship should be considered.
