We chose this cruise due to the itinerary and price. We booked an inside guarantee and got upgraded to a deluxe balcony. The location was perfect. Very quiet and close to everything. The room was spacious, the balcony was awesome our our room steward was great. Only complaint: we could not get our ice bucket refilled since the machine the steward had access to was broken. This has never been a problem with past cruises.

The ship is smaller and very easy to access public spaces. The ship is very clean and looked very nice.

The only complaint we had was pretty major to us. And it really tainted our feelings about few sailings on MSV. Our dining time was late, 9:00pm. We could not get it changed to the earlier time, 6:30. Their excuse was that it was hard to find tables for two that weren't booked but we were willing to dine at a larger table but they never seemed to acknowledge that request. Instead, they had us come to the dining room at 6:45 and basically beg for a table and they would serve us if they felt like it. It felt really unwelcoming. We ended up only going half the nights. The buffet food was not very good. But the dining room was very nice and tasty.
