I’m writing here because a month after my cruise MSC has not sent an opportunity to review my cruise. This is in spite of the fact that several times on the cruise we were told that MSC reads and reviews each review.
As far as ships go, the Seaside is a good vessel. The amenities were good and our cabin was much like any other cruise ship I’ve been on. Our issues seemed to stem from procedures and ways MSC managed the ship.
First day boarding was among the easiest I’ve experienced. Yet Once on board the confusion began. As we came into the main atrium, we were confronted with several lines, but no signage or personnel to steer us to any specific cue. We discovered that one was for armbands, another to register internet, and still another for guest relations.
