priority boarding in brisbane a joke as usual, food on the quantum as usual very average, nothing to write home about, coastal kitchen amazing, food, staff( amanda and the manager)just wonderful, iwan and john and the manager in the grande just couldn't do enough for us both, what always lets qantum down is the food, one night its good, the next its very average,we also noticed the drinks,we were drinking jamerson and dry or tonic water, and notices we couldn't taste the scotch,it also depended where we were on the ship, also some wines,it just didn't taste and smell what we had ordered, also when we got to mistery island where tenders were used we waited for 3 hours, then just give up,we were told later people with the key, suite guests and pinnacle members got first option,us loyal diamond plus members got nothing, money counts, loyalty doesn't anymore,if we were to score quantum of the seas out of 10 it would be a 5,we have travelled on the ovation of the seas and had an amazing time,food,10,service 10,we were told before we even got on board that the ovation had an amazing reputation, and it was so,quantum lift your game.
