My room smelled like urine the last three days that we were on board and the toilets would flush only intermittently the last two days. Multiple cabins in the 3000 section of the ship had the same issue. Multiple room attendants stated that it was an ongoing issue. When we boarded the safe in our room was not attached to anything and we were initially told that it was too late to fix/secure the safe. We had to call the front desk to get this addressed.The Casino wreaks of smoke and it permeates the entire fourth deck.Dozens of seats in the Ice show and main theater area are broken. The buffet food is sub standard. Royal Caribbean offered a ten percent discount on a future cruise only. The onboard customer service agent did nothing to resolve the issue.The embarkation was very unorganized and haphazard at best. The ships excursion representative had no signage to identify herself and did not look to see if the group was with her.The food and entertainment was good but the maintenance and Front Desk Staff on this ship defiantly needs to be better.Look elsewhere for a cruise ship.
