The ship was decorated well and largely clean and comfortable.

There was little reprieve from the noise of people (there were lots of groups talking loud languages), not as much space as other cruise liners we've been on, the entertainment was loud, there was music in almost every space we went in. We often retreated to our cabin for some peace, our teenager son often in there as the teen club was small and lots of teens speaking different languages that he couldn't understand. The Blue Club was quiet at times, then there was football commentary sometimes that was loud and didn't respect the other guests who were in there clearly trying to have some quiet time. The piano bar is lovely but the piano needs to notch it down, be in the background playing slow calming music to match the atmosphere of the bar.

There was some great service here and there, but often we were waiting up to 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive at busier times which we thought was excessive.
