My ,My, My, where do i start. When you get on board ,this ship is big clean and beautiful, then comes the let down. Lets start with our mid ship deck#8 cabin.The balcony's that are mid ship on deck#8 have no cover, everyone above you is looking down at you, and you also get the cigar ash,toothpicks,french fries ,cereal,or whatever else people decide to drop on you. Do not go out on one of these balcony's if you do not have something on your feet. Then this is the best part about mid ship of deck #8,it is right on top of the nightclub " BLISS " which will vibrate your room till 3 in the morning unless you call Veronica in cruise services. She will till that she will have them turn it down so you can sleep,but bare in mind you will need to call her every night. If you complain four nights in a row she will give you a free dinner at a pay restaurant, but you will still need to call the rest of the week to tell them to turn it down or you will not sleep! Our room was vary small compared to other cruise ships. You are constantly having to move to get out of each others way,however there was lots of storage.The location of the toilet and the shower was awkward to say the least. With just two of us in the room we made it work.The shower was good the toilet was another story. The sink is in the middle of the room and can not be used without making a mess.  On a side note we had the best room Stewart we have ever had on a cruise.If you are looking for fine dinning you will need to go to the pay restaurants as the non-pay pretty much have the same basic menu every night. For the most part all the pay restaurants were good. If you want to have a good time dinning use them.The garden cafe used for breakfast and lunch was excellent as was the staff.All of the entertainment was vary good,do yourself a favor and spend the 20$ per person to see the cirque dreams dinner show,it is great.We had a good time in the ice bar,keep in mind they only serve vodka drinks.Getting on and off the ship was vary easy,no problems there.Do not plan on doing any swimming as the pools are way to small for that,and the lines for the water slides are always long.They did have a good band playing near the pools.The casino is large and vary nice.For the most part be prepared to get nickel-ed and dim-ed to death for whatever you want to do.The room service is 24 hours a day,but unless you like a small menu and want to eat on your bed forget it. At the end of the day would i cruise again??? Yes,just not on this ship,as the good does not outweigh the bad. Hope this helps someone down the road.
