We chose this cruise because it was priced competitively and was going to the New England ports we have been wanting to visit. The staff on the ship did a very good job and they treated us well. Getting on the ship was easy and some of the ports were really nice. Now that I have covered all the positives, let me share the negatives.

1-the cabin was not as clean as we would have liked.

2-we did not have enough towels until three days into the cruise.

Cabin Review

As mentioned earlier,he cabin was not as clean as we would have liked (drawers were dusty and carpet not vacumed) and

we did not have enough towels until three days into the cruise.

There is only ONE U.S. electrical outlet and it was on the opposite wall of the bed headboard. I use a CPAP machine and had to use the extension cord which created a trip hazard for my wife.

Why is it necessary to have to open the cabin door to hear announcements!? Why not put announcements on TV or provide a button to allow in-cabin announcements?

Port Reviews

Portland (Maine)

Great stop, although the walk to getto any local transportation was quite long. Very informative tour.

Charlottetown (Prince Edward Island)

Best stop. Beautiful winery and the Alexander Gram Bell museum was interesting. Well worth the cost and effort.

Saint John (New Brunswick)

Very little to see here. MSC misscalculated the number of busses needed for their Hop On Hop Off excursion; further exacerbated by one of the expected 4 busses was out of action. As a result, we never got to hop off after hearing from earlier travelers that they had been waiting an hour to hop back on a bus!
