ITINERARY: Western Mediterranean Cruise - Genoa - Naples - Palermo - Tunis - Palma de Mallorca - Barcelona - Marseille - Genoa

So after having spent the week before on Splendida (please read my review there, all relevant to this ship too), I figured perhaps something better would come about our "experience" with MSC. Well, once again to our dismay, nothing changes, different boat, same attitude. The only thing good was we became friends with the Head Concierge in the Yacht Club Allan, who actually took the time to listen and react. He was kind enough to switch our "so-called" Yacht Club room (9009) into the actual Yacht Club (16025 & 16027) but in two regular adjoining rooms as per our acceptance.
