Cabin: Penthouse Veranda Stateroom

Loved the ship, the itinerary, the staff, the stateroom but did not like the fellow passengers. They were old, rude, selfish, and slow. For the money we paid we should have not felt judged - but since we were one of the youngest couples celebrating our 25 year anniversary- we were given the side eye most of the cruise - we made the most of it but the entertainment and pace and flow of the cruise is designed for much older people. Free Excursions were overcrowded and full of coughing complaining 70 year olds. The paid excursions were better. Food was good in specialty restaurants - world cafe was awful - Carnival, Royal Carribean better casual food - Wind Star better main restaurant. Viking excels at chefs table and Giovanni’s. Stateroom attendant amazing. Great try Viking but you misrepresented the average age of the guests and the entertainment was lacking comedy and vibe.
