Chosen for its itinerary but the regent excursions were disappointing. Most were your buses with local people. Some really boring stuff and very touristy spots. Given this is east coast of canada I was astonished that there was nothing that showcased the stunning beauty of this coastline. No opportunity to see wildlife or see seabirds or whales. We organised two private tours.

Regent found it very difficult to cater for my dairy allergy. Gluten ok but not both. So despite their commitment to provide alternatives it meant waiting around for stuff to arrive. There was no indication of gluten or dairy in the menus. I was expected to choose blindly each eve for the next day. Afternoon tea was a joke. If the outside world can do this surely a six star luxury cruise company can??

Having cruised numerous times with other cruise companies we could not see how regent justified such a higher price point? It is not reflected in the experience.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Suite

Deluxe verandah. Similar size and standard to most luxury ships. Ours had bath and larger bathroom which was a bonus
