Mostly enjoyed our second trip on the Silhouette. Food and entertainment were great and staff very friendly and helpful. The staff member for our room he could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Unfortunately for the second time (we have only had two cruises!) we both contracted COVID which ruined the last couple of days (I was unable to visit Bayeux - the highlight of my trip). Upon arrival we were told to register at our muster station. We did this but the staff gave us incorrect information re use of the app which led to significant wasted time at the IT help desk. Staff should tell guests to go to their room first to get the required information for logging on to the internet. It would also be useful to make clear that the single use internet access can be switched between devices so it can be used by others in the same cabin.
