This was our second cruise on the allure of the seas. My husband and i sailed last october 2022 to labadee, aruba and curaçao for our wedding anniversary. We loved our time so much that we booked a cruise on the allure out of galveston september 2023 with our family. 3 cabins. My son and daughter n law have a 11 month old.

We all enjoyed our cruise! My husband and i had a boardwalk balcony cabin far aft. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the far aft cabins are without the big pink dry slide that the other oasis class ships have. So thankful the allure does not have that slide on the boardwalk! Our view was amazing! So enjoyable to see the ocean from our balcony and watch ocean aria. Even walking down on the boardwalk being able to see in the distance without the obstruction of the slide is so nice. The donuts and coffee early in the morning on the boardwalk is a definite treat we looked forward to. Our son and his family had an ocean balcony room and enjoyed their room. Our other kids had an inside room and it was just right. We all had very hard working cabin attendants. We all sat together in the main dining room. Our waiters were amazing! Our food was hot and in a timely manner. The food itself was not as good as our october cruise in 2022. . the windjammer was great! Central park was a lovely place to be any time of the day or evening!! The park cafe was a nice option for breakfast or lunch.

The beach pool opened at 7am i was able to do laps and exercise. We left the pool area around 9:30am on sea days as people arrived. It is unbearable on the pool deck on sea days. Very crowded. Read more
