The cruise was lovely overall and we will most likely do a second cruise with Ama.  I do want to point out a few things that the majority of the passengers on our cruise found very annoying!

We never got a good description of what the excursions would include.  It was very difficult to decide which outing to take with such limited information.  For example: 

1. On Sept. 14, we were docked in Cochem and took a bus ride to Beilstein, where we were told we would hike to a castle.  We hiked almost to the ruins of a castle and then the group was turned around without actually going all the way to it or into it.  That should have been told in advance.  We were told that there would be a castle with no details.  The town was not worth the time either.  Our cruise manager told me it was the best excursion and I didn't see anything special about it.  We were all disappointed!
