The Legend is an older, smaller ship. Carnival has made many changes since the pandemic, some of which are not good. Paid for FTTF ($129). Received no benefit. Had to check in on line which gave us a 2PM boarding time. Instead of priority boarding which is part of FTTF, we were boarded with regular passengers. Our room was cleaned but not set up for 3 guests. The dedicated phone line, again part of FTTF, was not answered. Luggage which had a FTTF tag, was not delivered to our room until after 5PM. You now need to have the Carnival App on your phone to check in for dinner. We chose Our Time dining. Our relatives also chose Our Time, but we’re given a 5!30 dining time. Went to customer service to have this corrected, but they could not change it. They therefore were not able to check in. We’re told just to go any time with us. However when we checked in, we were given a table for 3 instead of 5. Had to o through an explanation every time to get seated. We used to get a basket of rolls, now they give you a small, single roll. The food was good, but portions were much smaller. One tablespoon size mashed potatoes. When it was back in port, instead of early debarkation (all part of FTTF), we were given a #4 tag. Due to a storm, we docked 2 hours late at 12 noon. We had to be out of our room by 10:30 so had to find a place to wait. After docking, it took us over an hour to be called to leave. Once off the ship, we again had to wait about 30 minutes to get our luggage. FTTF was a wasted money spent with no benefits. As gold members, no bottles of water in room and no sail pin either. This is no way to treat devoted customers.
