They seemed to be disorganized. They had shows in the main passage way at the same time there theater show was letting out which caused confusion to many people at one time in the same place. The ship had some bad smells around the ship. Their market place buffet was very confusing as well as too crowded. It was nearly impossible to find a seat. The person I was traveling with has a gluten allergy. She was told it is best to eat in the dining room for all your meals. I cruise on different cruise lines. The one that gives her the best options is Holland America they actually have a gluten-free station in their buffet. Also Holland America would take her food order the night before for dinner which gave them time to make anything on the menu gluten free. Plus by the pool nothing for her to eat on MSC. Not even gluten free pizza. Service was ok. Getting off the ship was a nightmare waited 1 1/2 hours for a taxis to much confusion and a couple of fights. I was hoping it would have been better since it is close to me to cruise without flying. To add one thing about deserts surprisingly they didn’t have any Italian pastries.
