We heard this cruise line was ok. Wow, were we wrong! Uncaring, indifferent personnel. Mediocre food at best. Restaurants and buffets were subpar.

They made many errors regarding our documentation including screwing up the transfer to the airport. We meticulously provided the information and reviewed for accuracy. They still screwed up. We were forced to pay an exorbitant amount of money because of their incompetence! They have a "Guest Experience Coordinator" whose job is to appear to smooth things over while actually defrauding you! We communicated with them several times in order to provide accurate information. Their goal is obviously to make sure you are not reimbursed, even though they are the ones responsible for the screwup. Not only are their personnel incompetent and uncaring but they go out of their way to Not help you. We will never use Norwegian Cruise Lines again and do not recommend anyone else uses Norwegian Cuise Line. Stay away from Norwegian Cruise Lines!
