Cabin: Classic Balcony Stateroom

We wanted to visit Palermo, as my mom’s grandmother taught school there prior to coming to the US. This cruise was perfect for us and took us to so many beautiful ports; it was also refreshing to not have a cruise director/party central interrupting every hour or two. We enjoyed most meals, we had no problems with seating in the breakfast and afternoon tea buffets on deck 5 and 6 dining rooms (deck 8 buffet is a bit of a zoo). We loved our balcony cabin on deck 5, and with different ports on all but one day, there wasn’t much time/need to explore the ship’s offerings. I did use the gym on our sea day, which is a bit small for a ship this size. Overall, it was nothing like my Costa cruise out of NY to Bermuda in 1988, but what cruise line is? Language was not a problem, even though we are not bilingual. We had no problems or complaints.

Cabin Review

Classic Balcony Stateroom

Cabin had plenty of space and storage for two people - maybe 3 with a child. We even stored a wheelchair with no problem.
