The cruise was faultless. It was a wonderful way to travel. There is always something to see, be it from the bar, pool, restaurant or your room. The scenery was stunning particularly entering the Tonle Sap lake. The ships decor was beautiful in Indian raj style. Room was well presented and clean. Every night there would be the next days itinerary and a little gift on the bed. A lovely touch. The staff were efficient, very friendly with an overall great sense of humour. There was a good working culture on the ship. The restaurant served a good selection of food. Buffet lunch and breakfast and a la carte dinner. Snacks were served pre dinner at the bar which was a lovely place to gather and chat with other guests. Most days there were morning and afternoon tours that you could choose to go on. These were well organised. I will certainly do more river cruises after this experience and definitely would pick Heritage line first.
Our cabin was beautiful. Spacious room with sitting area and balcony. The bathroom was very spacious for a boat with a walk in shower and plenty of room to move around. The cabin was very clean and well maintained.
