This is a magnificent ship, in design, amenities, glamour and a surprisingly low fair. i travel solo and hade a balcony stateroom which was fabulous...more drawers would help in the desk. i was solo and my things took every hanger and the storage space...it sleeps four so it would be living out of your suitcase.
I took the wifi package which is satalite and marvellous. works anywhere on the ship.
I took the drinks package which was generous and fabulous but you can't use it in the specialty restaurants.
Fabulous....the most important thing about design is functionality .... My stateroom was perfect, sadly the desk area was more about design than function....should have had drawers. couldn't make head nor tails about the t.v. This ship is now based out of new york but the films on t.v. Were only in foreign languages....not much in english....if you could find anything at all. Bed...marvellous....shower....fabulous, strong and lots of hot water. Not much shelf space, need functional priority....all ships need to consult experiences cruise ship passangers before committing to a design and we'll tell thems what right and whats wrong.
There is a water taxi available to Paradise Island and Hotel Atlantic...best choice as the actual town is now just another duty free nightmare. NO ordinary restaurants.....If you don't want Conch then starve.
Terminal hard to find even with taxi gps. once found all was well. disembarking it was a disaster...no taxi's not simple shuttles to airports....had to take a tour of new york. fake ubers packing cars with desperate passanges than charging more to the airport than a limo with one passanger. i was intimidated and paid $70. For what cost $40. In a taxi of my own. fake uber was full of food wrappers, empty bottles and junk. never again from this terminal.
