This was our first Alaskan cruise. The ship was great. It’s older and smaller with an art deco feel. We loved it. Easy to get around and the crew was amazing. We even had a bit of a medical situation on board and the medical staff was first class with more compassion than you get at any random clinic or emergency room.

The food was very good and the service in the food areas was perfect. The ports and excursions met all of my expectations. If I had one. Complaint it’s that casino is smoky and needs more ventilation.

The ports were fantastic and I fell in love with Alaska. I used Carnival shore excursions and each one was well organized and a good value.
