We love Royal Caribbean, we've sailed tons of times. This cruise was different, room was only cleaned once a day, dirty towels left from day to day. Asked crew member about the captain and they didn't know his name or anything about him. Dinner service was the worst, no personal interaction, no jokes, no laughter...just very cold compared to all previous ships. We had been told on the phone that we would have a table for four by the window, we got to dinner and we were in the middle of the room. I asked for pumpkin seed rolls to be brought to our table nighyly (I've done this forever), was told that wasn't possible due to them not taking special request. Head waiter was running all over the place, rarely stopping to speak. We actually wen to one of the ships restaurants for the first time just to get a great meal and service.
