I have nothing but gratitude and great things to say about the staff and service on the Emerald Luna. For first time river cruisers, we are now hooked and already looking forward to booking our next one!

The ship itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for by the room attendants.

The service in the dining room was excellent, from the servers to the meals, an 11 out of 10. The one time there was a concern with one of our meals, the head chef came to our table right away and rectified the issue. Read more
