I booked a de luxe Cabin and it was Small, dark and nothing like the web site shows. With a metal balcony screen you couldn't see the sea if you sat down !!!!! Or get day light. Ruined my cruise
My cabin was Worse than a standard balcony cabin.
Customer Service on board and at head office we're not interested. Most times have not replied and don't care if you never cruise with them again
