We have been on 23 cruises, most with Royal Caribbean. This ship was not clean, food was terrible, up charge for lobster and filet mignon in the main dining room is ridiculous, nobody was at pasta station to serve in Windjammer, muster crew unaware how to direct passengers to proper location, price of drinks being $14 is too high, casino had mostly all progressive slots, bite size desserts are crazy and unappetizing. We are three nights away from diamond tier on RCCL, but rewards stink! Rewards used to be much better. RCCL was a big disappointment. They have taken away the luxury of cruising. The only way I will choose RCCL again is if it were free, but even for free I would stay away from Serenaded of the Seas. By the way, today is the day we departed and I tested positive for covid. I did not see one person cleaning during the entire cruise!
