Failure to complete the planned route and failure to provide compensation for this. The ship did not dock in Bisby due to "weather conditions" even though other cruise lines' ships did dock. Instead of changing the route or giving compensation to the passengers, the company just wasted another day on the open sea. This route is really not worth it and a waste of time.

The food in the restaurant is served at an unreasonable level. The cooks do not know how to cook basic foods. The food is not varied and very tasteless. Just ruined the food. Does not match expectations and does not come close to the level guaranteed by the dream cruise company. It's not even tempting to take pictures of the dishes. The ingredients are low-quality canned and frozen meat and fish. This is simply food abuse.

The internet is expensive and doesn't work. They charge 100 euros per week and even a WhatsApp conversation cannot be conducted due to the instability of the infrastructure.
