Sail Date: Aug 2023

Well we have chosen the QV again and again so feel well placed to judge the steady and then more recently rapid decline of this tired old ship. No more QVic we won’t be sailing with you again.

This itinerary was recommended to us - Princess Grills - and it’s not the staff who are letting it down but the now tired ship. One plug with no charging points for phones just not good enough nowadays. We really noticed the grubbiness of the balcony with splashes of goodness knows what on the partition! The bathroom constantly smelled damp and ‘drains’. Despite mentioning it, nothing was done.

They are slowly but surely ‘clipping the edges’ of the offer and they are at risk of losing their core customer base who choose Cunard for a reason. They pay extra for a reason!

Cabin Review
