We recently went on a short cruise with Carnival Cruise Lines on the Carnival Splendor to celebrate my husband’s birthday, & to also give our son the exciting experience of cruising.

Our cruise took us to Tangalooma on tropical Moreton Island. It’s a beautiful destination & we were lucky to have calm seas all the way there from Sydney. We took advantage of a shore excursion riding Segways & all of us had such a fun time, we didn’t want it to end!

On board the ship we received lovely service by all of the staff, from our cabin steward to our bar attendants & wait staff. Guest services were very accommodating. Read more
