We booked this cruise as we have wanted to visit a bit more of Spain plus Islands. This cruise only went in August. We were quite satisfied with the ship although looking out from our balcony in the middle deck 9 the lifeboats got in the way. We had what seemed to be a very noisy cabin. Metal banging and scaping that went on for hours from 11pm to 4 am every night we only got about two hours sleep a night. Also, Children were running amuck screaming, running up and down the corridor and banging on the ceiling, walls and jumping off beds late into the night. Never again will we go in August when the children are on school holidays. All the staff were lovely and friendly, they also have very good memory. We booked a few tours which didn't turn out like we were expecting, some of them are misleading so do your homework on the places you want to visit as pictures shown doesn't mean that's where he tour is going to. Barcelona was one which was a big disappointment as we thought we would be going to Gaudis Park Guell as the picture did show, but no we didn't. One tour we went on was in Valencia, Valencia and Oceanographic, loved going but it wasn't long enough, you need a whole day not 4 hours, it was a waste of time watching the dolphin show. We can say the only tour we really enjoyed was in Lisbon on a Lisbon by Land and Sea which is run by Hippo it was fantastic. It said no walking sticks, I just folded mine up. We could never get on the bumper cars as they did have it open much at all. The pool was full of children so never managed to have a swim. No where to sit in most places, be it day or evening as people save seats for other people although your told not to. The food was okay but nothing like it used to be, with less choices in main dinning, we think they wanted you to pay out on the speciality restaurants. Hand washing was required but didn't see many people especially the children do it. We both came back home not feeling very well.

Cabin Review

We had cabin was clean and well looked after, but as we have said in our review was very noisy at night.

Port Reviews

Wanted to go to the Valencia Oceanographic which you need a whole day. The Dolphin show wasn't worth getting in early or watching, it was quite boring.

Love Lisbon. We went on a tour Lisbon by Land and Sea run by Hippo, it was fantastic..
