We chose this Celebrity cruise based on the reputation of the cruise line and on the Venice to Athens itinerary. Our experience was below that on four previous cruises, two cruises with Royal Caribbean and two with Holland America.

-The website was cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Customer service was non-responsive. The one thing Celebrity did well was to take your money; anything else in the planning phase was sketchy at best. The other two cruise lines were far better in this area.
