We chose the Luminosa ship because we like Cruising with Carnival. This was probably our 5 or 6 cruise and we have always enjoyed them. This cruise was one of our favorites. The ship is beautiful and I could not find anything that I thought needed to be fixed or repaired. We had a balcony room and it was just as great as everyother balcony room we’ve had. Our stateroom attendant was NI KETUT. She was awesome. We saw her everyday at some point in the hall and she always called us by name. We told her the first day we’d like ice in our room and we always, everyday had a fresh bucket of ice. We always knew she had been the to straighten our room. Thank you Ni for a wonderful week. Mary who served coffee on the lido deck early in the mornings was also a very attentive and sweet person. Always made sure my husband had coffee every morning. Even asked about some of our group if they didn’t come for breakfast!

Our servers in the main dining room were the absolute best on the ship! We had Aris, Rudi and Dewi. The best we have ever had. They served us as if we were family. We felt so close to them that on our last night we all cried. Such a wonderful experience! I hope they get some acknowledgement of how special they made our dinners. Thank you Aris for singing for us and take care of sweet Dewi.
