Cruised from Iceland to the southern part of Greenland, and then around the southern coast of Greenland. Crew provided outstanding service both with the stateroom and the dining room. Expedition staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been on this ship twice, and was very pleased on both trips. Captain is very efficient and careful. Food was excellent, and you don't experience the problem of frantic dining room service because the waiters are short staffed or trying to accommodate a second seating. Because of the limited number of passengers on this small ship, it's easy to get acquainted and overall they were a delightful group of well traveled people. A few grumbled about some maintenance issues not being resolved quickly, but it's a ship not a land based hotel. There's a lot more working parts and mechanical challenges. So if someone needs flawless operations, best to pick a resort hotel. Yes, it's pricey but it's a nice feeling to be pampered while being able to explore less traveled locations. I definitely hope to cruise with them again in the future.
