We decided to do something different in 2023 and visit Europe. A friend had recommended AMAWaterways, so we browsed through the options and selected the Rhine River cruise. From the time we arrived at the airport in Amsterdam, 7 nights on the ship, 4 nights in Switzlerland, to the arrival at the airport in Zurich, we were always in the care of the AMA Team. They were attentive and informative. The Cruise team was exceptionally accomodating, kind and patient with all of the passengers. The food was good, the rooms were very nice and entire cruise was monumentally comfortable.

Some of the passengers on this particular cruise had some physical limitations. Our Cruise manager faced some challenges during the week, and handled a few health incidents with kindness and genuine concern. I was extremely impressed with his empathy and patience.

Overall, I loved this vacation, the ship, the crew and the attention to the needs of the passengers at every moment. Great job, AMA.
