Emerald is PHENOMENAL! They go above and beyond in service with a smile! We lucked into wonderful (warm) weather our whole trip.

Our Cruise Director Patricia and Activity Director Noel were very easy to work with and kept us all in great spirits throughout the entire trip. The excursions and guided tours were very informative and all the guides were knowledgeable and friendly! There was always a group that was slower paced for those with mobility issues. There was also a daily "active" option for those wanting to push themselves more than the standard tours.

Sasha and his crew on the hotel end of things run a tight ship. Rooms were always clean and well tended to. The hotel and bar staff did an AMAZING job at meals and in the lounge/bar. Everyone felt like one big family by the end of the trip! On board entertainment and meals were tailored to each port with a sampling of local foods and culture.
