The Aqua Nera boat and crew were absolutely phenomenal. Although the boat was beautiful, the crew was what made the trip spectacular. Our guides (Alex & Billy) were so knowledgeable and so much fun to get to know as individuals. The restaurant & wait staff created top of the line meals made with local ingredients, and we often found ourselves chatting/laughing with them late into the night discussing all kinds of topics (Maximo, Freddy, johnathan, andres). My brother and one other guest on the boat had gluten allergies and they went above and beyond to make delicious gluten free meals. The bartenders, excursion drivers, utility staff, and cleaning crew were all so kind and always ready to lend a helping hand. And of course Christian (the cruise director) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He was accommodating to every need we had and we never saw him without a smile. The boat itself was so comfortable, stylish, and roomy. Our final night, the guides had even put together a slideshow of photos they had been taking out whole trip, this showed the love and care they all put into their job. And of course, we ended the night with a dance party consisting of the guests and the whole crew. I wish I could leave 100 stars for this review, i couldn’t imagine this trip without the Aqua Nera. Lifelong relationships and memories were made on this boat, we cannot wait to visit again!
