The ship is beautiful and modern. We were supposed to start and end in Amsterdam, but it was changed to Rotterdam. Boarding was easy, disembarking was a disaster. The terminal was too small for all the passengers. It was pouring rain with some suitcases left in the rain waiting to be claimed. There was no where to wait outside for transports without getting soaked in the rain. We were made to stand outside of the buses holding our suitcases while they slowly loaded them on the bus for an airport transfer. All of the passengers were beyond wet.

I really liked the infinite veranda room. It gave us some nice extra space. We were able to open the electric window for fresh air. The bed was comfortable and the room had lots of storage spaces hidden behind doors.

The excursion was all good except Berlin. The train was 2 1/2 hours each way for our 12 hour day. On the way back we were given water and a pretzel snack. Getting back on board took :45 minutes with all the crowds at 9:30pm. All the hungry passengers headed to the buffet which made it so packed there was no place to sit and not all the food was open. Better arrangements should have been available when everyone came off the train at the same time very hungry.
