This cruise was a long time in planning, then a 3 year delay due to COVID to be a bit of a disappointment.

This ship needs to be refreshed, stained mirrors, broken lounges and worn upholstery. Dining rooms are chaotic at best, most night we were seated at tables that were not set. Several time what was listed on the menu and what was served were not the same: Roast pork came as baked ham and guinea fowl was chicken. Flambe listed most night cannot be flambed as no open flames are allowed in the dining room, although they managed to flambe at the chef's table. Staff are over run with having to serve and reset tables, they need more bus persons.

Service in the Explorers Lounge was dismal at best. Crooners lounge.staff are amazing but the piano player/singer was awful, definitely not a crooner. Our cabin steward Janice was a dream, great personality, very helpful and always pleasant.

Cabin Review

Loved my cabin with the exception of the terrible hair dryer and the shower. Hair dryer was like something from the 70's and the shower curtain that was too short. Lots of storage space. Could use more electrical outlets.
