We unfortunately thought this was a newer larger boat. Instead it’s outdated, small and dirty. The excursions we purchased through the cruise line were so bad but the tours we purchased off the boat at a fraction of the cost were excellent. They now charge you additional taxes for every drink you have using your prepaid unlimited beverage package and $20/day per person for staff gratuities. I would have preferred to give the very few staff that actually deserved a tip rather than be forced to tip undeserving rude staff. The ports are so far from the sites you spend at least 2 hours just to disembark from the boat each day when you only have 7-9 hours to site see. So you spend half the time just getting on/off the boat. We will NEVER go on this boat or cruise again. The whole trip from arriving at the airport and getting the prepaid shuttle to the final disembarking wea so unorganized with the majority of the NCL personnel just standing about doing nothing. This boat and all its staff were so unorganized the entire cruise. Seeing that we have cruised our last 4 trips on NCL this was by far the worst cruising experience and the highest cost. We will be trying a different cruise line for the future.

Cabin Review

Booked a larger “Family Balcony”. So small in every way. No bathroom, no seating as the beds take all the space.
